These Terms of Use govern your use of Solar PV Installation Prep (the “App”) published by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy. By downloading or using the App you agree to these terms. For standard licensed application terms you may also refer to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

1. Unofficial study aid

The App provides original practice questions and study tools for solar photovoltaic installation concepts commonly associated with vocational programmes such as City & Guilds 2922-style units and MCS-aligned quality awareness. The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to City & Guilds, MCS, or any official awarding body. Practising does not guarantee a pass on any official assessment.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store terms and these Terms.

3. Subscriptions and lifetime unlock

Full access requires an in-app purchase: Monthly ($6.99 USD), Yearly ($19.99 USD), or Lifetime ($29.99 USD). Prices may vary by territory as displayed by the App Store. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.

4. No professional advice

Content is for educational practice only. It is not a substitute for manufacturer instructions, current standards (including wiring regulations), site-specific design, or professional supervision. Always follow applicable law and safe working procedures.

5. Intellectual property

All original questions, UI, and materials in the App are owned by the Developer. You may not copy, scrape, redistribute, or reverse engineer the content for commercial use.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App, including exam outcomes or on-site decisions.
