We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Six Sigma Green Belt Prep on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service and by Apple's standard EULA. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, redistribute, rent, lease, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the question bank or any other content from the app, and you may not use the content to build or train a competing product or a machine-learning model.
Six Sigma Green Belt Prep requires a purchase to use. After onboarding, you must buy one of the plans below to access the question bank, mock exams, flashcards and analytics. There is no free version, no advertisement-supported tier, and no way to unlock the app other than an Apple In-App Purchase.

Prices are shown in US dollars and may differ in other App Store storefronts and with local taxes. The price you will actually be charged is always the price shown inside the app immediately before you confirm the purchase.
Every plan gives you full access to everything in the app for the whole of the period you paid for: the complete question bank with explanations, unlimited timed mock exams, flashcards, spaced-repetition review, weak-area drills, and the progress analytics.
If you reinstall the app, change device, or sign in with the same Apple Account elsewhere, tap Restore Purchases on the paywall or in the Settings tab. Your entitlement is restored from Apple's records. The Restore Purchases button remains available in the Settings tab after you have purchased.
All purchases are handled by Apple, and Apple, not we, issues refunds. We cannot refund an App Store purchase directly. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. Statutory rights of withdrawal, where the law of your country gives you them, are unaffected.
Six Sigma Green Belt Prep is a study aid. Its questions and explanations are original educational material about Lean Six Sigma concepts as they are commonly tested on Green Belt certification exams. They are not professional, consulting, or legal advice, they do not certify you at any belt level, and they are not a substitute for the official training or examination of ASQ, IASSC, or any other certifying body. Requirements, exam content, and exam formats vary by certifying body and change over time. Always confirm current requirements with your certifying body before relying on anything in this app.
We do not guarantee that using this app will make you pass your licensing exam, and we make no promise about any score. Your results are your own.
All questions, explanations, and Exam Info content in the app are original works written by our team and are protected by copyright. Exam-format facts (question counts, timing) are factual and are informed by publicly available information from the certifying bodies. No question from any exam-prep provider, textbook, course, or actual certification exam is reproduced in this app — the entire question bank is original study material.

It is not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or certified by ASQ (the American Society for Quality), IASSC (the International Association for Six Sigma Certification), any testing vendor, or any other certifying body. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or opportunity, arising out of your use of or inability to use the app, including any exam outcome. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you actually paid for it in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Apple is not a party to these Terms and has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support for the app. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claim by you or a third party relating to the app, including product liability claims, any claim that the app fails to conform to a legal requirement, and claims under consumer protection or similar law. Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, on your acceptance, will have the right to enforce them against you.
This license lasts until terminated. It ends automatically if you breach these Terms. You can end it at any time by deleting the app. Sections 7 through 13 survive termination.
We may update these Terms. The current version always lives at this URL with the date at the top. Material changes take effect for a subscription at its next renewal.
