How do I restore a purchase?
Open Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings → Manage Subscription in the app, or open the iOS Settings app → your name → Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge.
What does the free trial include?
The yearly plan includes a 3-day free trial. You won't be charged if you cancel before the trial ends. After the trial, it renews at the yearly price shown in the app until cancelled.
Do I need internet?
No. All questions and features work offline. Internet is only needed to make or restore a purchase.
Is this the official SIA exam?
No. SIA Licence Prep is an independent revision aid and is not affiliated with the Security Industry Authority. Questions are original practice questions, not official exam questions.
Which qualifications does it cover?
The Level 2 Award for Door Supervisors and the Level 2 Award for CCTV Operators (Public Space Surveillance) — the knowledge (multiple-choice) elements. Practical assessments and first aid are completed with an approved training provider.
