These Terms are the End User License Agreement for Series 65 Exam Prep. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies and controls in case of conflict.

1. License

We grant a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, per Apple’s usage rules.

2. Subscriptions and lifetime unlock
