Securities Licensing Prep (“the App”) is an offline-first multi-exam preparation application for SIE, Series 6, Series 7, Series 63, Series 65, Series 66, Series 24, Series 79, and Series 3 practice. Study progress stays on your device. We do not use third-party analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or tracking pixels.
The App stores on your device (and, if you enable iCloud Sync, in your personal iCloud Key-Value storage): quiz progress, scores, bookmarks, flashcard review state, streaks, exam date preferences, selected exam, daily goals, and settings. This data is used only to provide study features.
Subscriptions and lifetime unlocks are processed by Apple through StoreKit / App Store. We do not receive your full payment card number. Apple provides purchase entitlements so the App can unlock content. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings. Prices are set in USD base and localized by the App Store.
If you email dmjks120@gmail.com, we receive the content of your message and your email address to respond to your request.
If you enable study reminders, the App may schedule local notifications on your device. Notification permission is requested by iOS. We do not use notifications for advertising.
If iCloud Sync is enabled, progress may sync via Apple’s NSUbiquitousKeyValueStore associated with your Apple ID. You can disable this in Settings. iCloud is operated by Apple under Apple’s privacy terms.
The App is intended for adults preparing for professional securities licensing exams. It is not directed at children under 13.
Data collection for App Store Connect is configured consistent with this offline-first design (no tracking/analytics SDKs). Purchase processing is handled by Apple.
We may update this policy. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised policy.
