This Privacy Policy describes how MD Shahariar Nazim Joy (“we”, “us”) handles information for the iOS app Scaffolding Inspection Prep.

Summary

The app is offline-first study software. We do not include third-party analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or tracking SDKs. We do not sell personal data.

Data we process on your device

• Study progress (answers, streaks, bookmarks, mock results, preferences) stored locally with on-device storage (e.g. UserDefaults).
• Optional study reminders via local notifications if you enable them. Notification permission is optional.
• Purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit / App Store. We do not receive your full payment card details.

Data we do not collect

• No account registration required
• No analytics or advertising identifiers collected by us for ads
• No access to contacts, photos, location, microphone, or health data

Purchases & Apple

Subscriptions and lifetime unlocks are handled by Apple. Apple’s privacy policy applies to App Store transactions. Restore Purchases uses your Apple Account entitlements.

Children

The app is a vocational study aid and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised policy.
