None. We do not collect personal data of any kind. Specifically, the app does not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, location, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, or any usage or diagnostic analytics.
The app contains no third-party analytics frameworks, no advertising frameworks, no crash-reporting SDK, and no tracking technologies as defined by Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework. We do not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies, and we do not ask for permission to do so, because we do not do it.
The app stores the following locally on your iPhone or iPad so it can work as a study tool. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us:
You can erase all of it at any time from Settings → Reset all progress, or by deleting the app. Deleting the app removes this data from your device permanently.
If you turn on the daily study reminder, the app schedules a local notification on your device using Apple's notification framework. Local notifications are generated and delivered entirely on your device. No reminder content, schedule, or device token is sent to us or to any server. You can turn reminders off in the app's Settings tab, or in the iOS Settings app, at any time.
RD Exam Prep: Dietitian CDR is a paid app and requires a subscription or the lifetime unlock to use. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store using StoreKit. Your payment details, Apple Account information, and billing history are handled entirely by Apple and are never seen by, sent to, or stored by us. We receive no personally identifiable purchase information. The app verifies your entitlement on-device against Apple's signed transaction records so it knows whether to unlock. Apple's handling of purchase data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
The app is offline-first. The entire question bank is bundled inside the app. The app connects to the network only for two things: to talk to Apple's App Store servers about your purchase and entitlements, and if you tap a link that opens a website in your browser (e.g. a source link in Exam Info). No other network requests are made.
The app is a professional exam-preparation tool intended for adults studying for a Registered Dietitian credential. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect any information from children.
Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to disclose, correct, export, or delete on your behalf. All of your study data is under your control on your own device, and you can delete it at any time as described in section 3. If you are in the EU/EEA, the UK, or California, the rights those laws give you (access, deletion, portability, opting out of sale) apply to data a company holds about you - and we hold none.
We retain no data, so there is no retention period. Data on your device is protected by iOS and by your device passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID.
If this policy ever changes, we will post the revised version at this URL and update the date at the top. If a future version of the app were ever to begin collecting data, we would say so here clearly and in advance, and would ask for your consent where the law requires it.
