Reading Comprehension Kids (the “App”) is licensed, not sold, to you for use only under the terms of Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”). By downloading or using the App you agree to the Standard EULA together with the terms below.
Purchases
- The App is free to download. All content is unlocked with a single one-time, non-consumable purchase. There is no subscription and no recurring charge of any kind.
- Your purchase unlocks all content for the lifetime of the App on your Apple Account and can be restored on your other devices with “Restore Purchases”.
- All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies.
Acceptable use
The App is provided for children's education and entertainment. It contains no advertising and collects no personal data. You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the App or its content.
Content ownership
All artwork, text, and audio in the App are original or fully licensed for commercial use. No trademarked characters, brands, logos, or real people are used.
Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from its use.
