These Terms apply to your use of the R06 Financial Planning Prep iOS application operated by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy (“we”, “us”).
Where you download the app from the Apple App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies: Standard Apple EULA.
Subject to these Terms and a valid purchase/subscription, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store rules.
Full access requires an in-app purchase (auto-renewable subscription or lifetime unlock). Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in App Store account settings. Prices are displayed in the purchase sheet (reference pricing in USD: $9.99/month, $29.99/year, $49.99 lifetime; local currency may vary by App Store storefront).
Content is an independent study aid for exam practice. It is not personalised financial, tax, or legal advice and is not affiliated with the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII). Practising with the app does not guarantee exam success. Verify current tax rates, allowances and regulation before sitting exams or advising clients.
All original questions, model answers, UI and branding are owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, redistribute or resell content.
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or exam outcomes. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
