Summary

This app is designed to be privacy-first and offline-first. We do not include third-party analytics SDKs or advertising SDKs.

Data we process

• On-device study data: progress, answers, bookmarks, streaks, exam date, daily goals and preferences are stored locally on your device using Apple system storage (e.g. UserDefaults).
• Purchases: subscriptions and lifetime unlocks are processed by Apple through StoreKit / App Store. We do not receive your full payment card details.
• Notifications (optional): if you enable a study reminder, iOS schedules a local notification on your device. No server is used.

Data we do not collect

We do not operate a backend that collects your name, email, precise location, contacts, photos, or browsing history for advertising. We do not sell personal data.

Children

The app is intended for adult learners preparing for professional financial planning exams, not for children under 13.

Your choices

You can reset progress in Settings, disable reminders in Settings or iOS Settings, and manage subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings. Uninstalling the app removes local study data from the device.

Changes

We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
