This Privacy Policy describes how Prison Officer Selection Prep (“the App”) handles information. We designed the App to be offline-first and privacy-preserving.
On-device study data. Preferences (goals, reminder time, appearance), practice progress, bookmarks, and scores are stored locally on your device so the App works offline.
Purchases. Subscriptions and lifetime unlocks are processed by Apple through StoreKit / App Store. We do not receive your full payment card details. Apple may share a transaction identifier and entitlement status with the App to unlock features.
Support email. If you email us, we receive the content of your message and your email address to respond.
Notifications. If you enable study reminders, the system may schedule local notifications on your device. Notification permission is requested only when you enable reminders.
We do not share on-device study data with third parties. Apple processes App Store purchases under Apple’s privacy policy. If required by law, we may disclose information as legally necessary.
On-device data remains until you delete the App or reset progress in Settings. Support emails are retained only as long as needed to resolve your request.
The App is a general study aid and is not directed at children under 13. Do not provide personal information if you are under the age required in your region.
The App may be available worldwide via the App Store. Processing of purchases is handled by Apple in accordance with its terms.
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised policy.
