These Terms of Use govern your use of the iOS app Pool Lifeguard Theory Prep published by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms.

1. Unofficial educational product

The App is an independent theory revision aid. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to RLSS UK, IQL, HSE, or any awarding body. Related marks belong to their respective owners and are used only for descriptive reference to the subject matter of study. The App is not a substitute for certified practical lifeguard training.

2. License

Subject to these terms and your valid App Store purchase/subscription, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store terms.

3. Subscriptions and payments

• Full access to the App’s study content requires an in-app purchase (auto-renewable subscription or lifetime unlock). There is no free tier.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
• Lifetime is a one-time non-consumable purchase (no auto-renewal).

4. No professional or emergency advice

Content is for education and theory revision only. It is not a substitute for accredited lifeguard training, practical assessment, first-aid certification, legal advice, or official course materials. In real emergencies follow your site NOP/EAP and emergency services.

5. Intellectual property

Questions, rationales, software, and branding in the App are original or licensed to us. You may not copy, scrape, redistribute, or resell App content.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee assessment results.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App access in the twelve months before the claim.
