By downloading or using Plumbing Theory Prep (the “App”), you agree to these Terms and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement where applicable: Standard Apple EULA.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store rules and these Terms.

2. Subscriptions & purchases

Access to the App requires a purchase (monthly subscription, yearly subscription, or lifetime unlock). Prices are shown in the App in your local currency via Apple; marketing references may show USD. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings. Restoring purchases re-downloads entitlements for the same Apple Account.

3. Unofficial study aid

The App is an independent study aid. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to City & Guilds, BPEC, EAL, or any awarding body. Content is original practice material inspired by publicly available Building Regulations guidance and standard UK plumbing practice. It does not reproduce copyrighted exam papers. Practising here does not guarantee a pass on any official assessment.

4. No professional advice

The App is for educational practice only. Always follow current Building Regulations, manufacturer instructions, and competent-person requirements on real installations.

5. Acceptable use

You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, scrape, or resell the question bank or App content.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, exam outcomes, or installation decisions made using the App.
