These Terms govern use of Physiotherapy Registration Prep (UK) published by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy. By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement where applicable.

1. License
We grant a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and these Terms.
2. Purchases & subscriptions
Full access requires an In-App Purchase (auto-renewable subscription or lifetime). Prices are shown in the App in your local currency; reference pricing is in US dollars. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in App Store account settings.

3. Educational use only — not medical advice

4. No affiliation
The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the HCPC, CSP, NHS trusts, or any university. “HCPC” and related names refer to public regulatory frameworks for educational context only.
5. Acceptable use
You may not reverse engineer, redistribute question banks commercially, or misuse the App. Content is original educational material.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided “as is”. We do not warrant uninterrupted service or that study will produce registration, employment, or exam success.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
