These Terms of Use govern your use of Pest Control Prep (UK) (the “App”) published by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy. By downloading or using the App you agree to these terms and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement where applicable: Standard Apple EULA.
1. Unofficial study aid
The App is an independent study aid for UK pest management theory. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to RSPH, BPCA, or any awarding or training body. Content does not replace official training, product labels, or legal advice. Practising here does not guarantee a pass on any assessment.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these terms and the Apple EULA.
3. Purchases and subscriptions
Full access requires an In-App Purchase: auto-renewable Monthly or Yearly subscription, or a one-time Lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the App and on the App Store in your local currency (listed USD base: $4.99/month, $14.99/year, $24.99 lifetime). Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings. Restore Purchases is available on the paywall and in Settings.
4. Acceptable use
You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, scrape, or resell App content. Questions and rationales are original study materials for personal learning only.
5. Disclaimer of warranty
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that content is complete, current, or error-free for any particular exam board syllabus.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App, including exam outcomes or workplace decisions. Always follow current law, product labels, and your employer’s procedures.
