Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms of Use govern your use of the ODP Prep iOS application. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms. Licensed Application End User License Agreement terms from Apple also apply: Apple Standard EULA.

1. Educational use only

ODP Prep is an independent educational study aid for Operating Department Practitioner learners. It is not medical advice, clinical guidance, or a substitute for formal training, supervised placement, local Trust policy, or professional registration.

The app is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), the College of Operating Department Practitioners, the NHS, or any university ODP programme.

2. Subscriptions and purchases

Full access requires an auto-renewable subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase via Apple In-App Purchase:

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Prices are displayed in the app and App Store listing (USD reference pricing may be converted by Apple for your storefront).

3. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use ODP Prep on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store rules. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute the question bank, or use content for commercial exam-dump products.

4. No guarantees

We do not guarantee that using the app will result in passing any exam, assessment, interview, or registration process. Content may contain errors; always verify with authoritative sources and educators.

5. Health & safety

Do not use the app as a guide for real patient care. Always follow current local clinical policies, senior clinicians, and national guidelines.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app access in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
