How do I restore my purchase on a new device?

Open the app, pass the grown-up gate, and tap Restore Purchases (on the unlock screen, or any time in the Grown-Ups corner). Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account used for the original purchase.

Does the app need the internet?

No. After the one-time unlock, everything works 100% offline — perfect for travel.

What is the grown-up gate?

A simple math question that keeps purchases and links out of little hands. It's required for apps in the App Store Kids Category.

How do I request a refund?

Purchases are processed by Apple. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
