NSW Opportunity Class Test Prep (“the App”) is provided by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy (“we”, “us”). This policy explains how the App handles information.

Summary

The App is designed to work offline-first. Study progress, bookmarks, streaks and mock results are stored on your device. We do not use third-party analytics SDKs or advertising SDKs.

Data we process

• On-device study data: answers, mastery, bookmarks, reminders settings and study plan preferences you enter in the App.
• Purchases: Subscriptions and lifetime unlocks are processed by Apple through StoreKit / App Store. We do not receive your full payment card details.
• Support email: If you email us, we receive the address and message content you send so we can reply.

What we do not do

• We do not sell personal information.
• We do not show third-party ads in the App.
• We do not use tracking for advertising.

Children

The App is intended for parents/guardians preparing children for Year 5 opportunity class placement practice, and for age-appropriate educational use. Do not enter unnecessary personal information about a child. Progress data stays on the device under the Apple ID that purchased the App.

Permissions

Optional local notifications may remind you of daily practice. You can deny or disable notifications in system Settings.

Third parties

Apple processes purchases and may process diagnostic data under Apple’s policies. Legal links include Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
