Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how NMC OSCE Theory Prep (the “App”), published by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy (the “Developer”, “we”, “us”), handles information. The App is private by design.
1. We do not collect personal data
The App does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal information. There are no accounts or logins. There is no third-party analytics SDK and no advertising SDK.
2. Data stored on your device
Study progress (answers, streak, bookmarks, mock history, station mastery, preferences, OSCE date) is stored only on your device using Apple on-device storage. It never leaves your device and is removed if you delete the App.
3. Purchases
Subscriptions and the lifetime purchase are processed entirely by Apple through StoreKit and the App Store. We never see or receive payment card details. Apple’s handling of purchase data is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy.
4. Notifications
If you enable the optional daily study reminder, the App schedules a local notification on your device. This is handled by iOS on-device and is not sent to us or any third party. Disable anytime in the App or in iOS Settings.
5. No tracking
We do not track you across apps or websites and do not use the Advertising Identifier (IDFA). The App does not require Camera, Photos, Contacts, Location, Microphone, or Health access.
6. Children
The App is an education study aid for nursing professionals and candidates. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Apple Account holders manage purchases.
7. Health information
The App provides educational theory content only. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, and does not collect health records from your device.
8. Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date.
