NEBOSH GC Prep (“the App”) is provided by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy (“we”, “us”).
The App is designed to work offline-first. Study progress, bookmarks, risk-assessment drafts, reminder preferences and similar settings are stored on your device.
Subscriptions and lifetime unlocks are processed by Apple through StoreKit / the App Store. We do not receive your full payment card details. Apple may share limited purchase status needed to unlock access.
If you enable daily reminders, the App uses Apple’s local notification system on your device. Notification permission is optional.
The App does not include third-party analytics or advertising SDKs. We do not sell personal data.

The App is intended for adult learners preparing for occupational health and safety exams.
