This Privacy Policy describes how MD Shahariar Nazim Joy (“we”, “us”) handles information for the iOS app NEBOSH Fire Certificate Prep (the “App”).

1. Summary

The App is designed to be privacy-first and offline-first. We do not use third-party analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or tracking pixels. Study progress is stored on your device.

2. Information stored on your device

• Onboarding choices (goal, experience, exam date, daily goal, reminder preference)
• Practice progress (answers, mastery, bookmarks, incorrect items, mock results, streak)
• Optional fire risk assessment practice drafts you create in the App
• Subscription entitlement status as provided by Apple StoreKit on-device

This data stays on your device unless you back up your device via Apple services you control (e.g. iCloud Backup).

3. Purchases

Subscriptions and lifetime unlocks are processed by Apple through the App Store / StoreKit. We do not receive your full payment card details. Apple’s privacy policy applies to payment processing.

4. Notifications

If you enable a daily study reminder, the App schedules a local notification on your device. You can disable this in Settings or iOS Settings. We do not send marketing push notifications from our servers.

5. No account required

The App does not require you to create an account with us and does not operate a developer-operated user profile server for the App’s core features.

6. Children

The App is intended for adult learners and workplace learners. It is not directed at children under 13.
