This Privacy Policy explains how the “Site H&S Prep” / “NEBOSH Construction Certificate Prep” mobile application (the “App”), operated by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy (“we,” “us,” or “our”), handles information.
None. The App does not require an account or personal details. We do not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. The App does not access contacts, photos, camera, microphone, location, calendar, or health data.
Study progress (answers, scores, bookmarks, streaks, mock results, onboarding preferences, reminder settings) is stored locally on your device only. It never leaves your device. Deleting the App removes it.
In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple via StoreKit. We do not receive or store your payment details. See Apple’s Privacy Policy.
We do not sell, rent, or share personal data. The App collects none.
Only Apple StoreKit is used for purchases. The App does not send study data to our servers.
The App is intended for adults preparing for professional construction health and safety qualifications. It is not directed to children under 13.
If you enable optional daily study reminders, iOS schedules local notifications on your device. Reminder content is not sent to us.
On-device data is protected by your device security (passcode, Face ID/Touch ID, encryption).
We may update this policy; changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date.
