These Terms govern your use of MRCPsych Paper B Prep, published by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy. By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement where applicable. 1. Service
The App is an educational exam-preparation tool with original practice questions, mocks, flashcards, and progress tracking for MRCPsych Paper B–style study. It is not affiliated with RCPsych.
2. Not medical advice
Content is for study only and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Do not rely on the App for clinical decisions. Follow current guidelines and senior clinical advice.
3. Subscriptions and lifetime access
Full access requires an in-app purchase: auto-renewable Monthly or Yearly subscription, or a one-time Lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the App in local currency (listed USD reference: $9.99/month, $34.99/year, $59.99 lifetime). Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account subscription settings.
4. Intellectual property
All original questions, rationales, UI, and branding in the App are owned by the Developer. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell content. MRCPsych is a trademark of the Royal College of Psychiatrists.
5. Acceptable use
Do not reverse engineer, abuse the service, or use content for commercial exam banks without permission.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee exam success. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited.
