These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the MRCPsych Paper A Prep mobile application (the “App”). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Where applicable, your use is also subject to the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). If there is a conflict between these Terms and Apple’s Standard EULA regarding Apple’s rights and responsibilities, Apple’s Standard EULA controls for those topics.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Rules.
Full access requires an in-app purchase: auto-renewable Monthly or Yearly subscription, or a one-time Lifetime unlock. Prices are displayed in the App Store / purchase sheet (reference USD pricing: $9.99/month, $34.99/year, $59.99 lifetime; local prices may vary). Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID subscription settings. Restoring purchases re-validates entitlements for your Apple ID.
All questions, rationales and materials are original educational study aids for exam preparation. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Do not rely on the App for clinical decision-making. Always follow current clinical guidelines and senior clinical judgment.
MRCPsych is a trademark of the Royal College of Psychiatry. This App is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Royal College of Psychiatry. Official exam regulations, curricula and pass standards are set solely by RCPsych.
The App software, original questions, rationales, UI and branding are owned by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy or licensed to us. You may not copy, redistribute, scrape or resell the question bank or App content.
You agree not to reverse engineer the App (except where prohibited by law), circumvent the paywall, share account credentials for commercial redistribution of content, or use the App unlawfully.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose or that use will guarantee a pass on any examination.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or exam outcomes, arising from use of the App.
