These Terms govern your use of the iOS app MRCP Part 2 Prep published by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy.

License

The App is licensed, not sold, to you for personal, non-commercial educational use on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and these Terms.

Subscriptions & purchases

• Full access requires an in-app purchase (auto-renewable subscription or lifetime unlock).
• Prices are displayed in the App Store / StoreKit interface (typically in local currency; marketing references may use US dollars).
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel in your Apple Account → Subscriptions.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” without warranties of fitness for a particular clinical or examination outcome. We are not liable for decisions made based on educational content.
