These Terms govern your use of MRCGP AKT Prep, published by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy. By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. For subscriptions, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies: Apple Standard EULA.
1. Service
The App provides original educational practice questions and study tools for independent preparation related to applied knowledge in UK general practice examinations. It is a study aid only.
2. Not medical advice / not official
Content is for education and practice only and is not medical advice. It is not a substitute for clinical judgement, guidelines, or professional training. The App is not affiliated with the Royal College of General Practitioners. MRCGP is a trademark of the RCGP. Practising with this App does not guarantee exam success.
3. Purchases & subscriptions
Full access requires an in-app purchase: auto-renewable Monthly or Yearly subscription, or a one-time Lifetime purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account subscription settings. Prices are displayed by Apple in your storefront (listed in US dollars in marketing materials).
4. Licence
We grant a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the App for your own study. You may not copy, redistribute, scrape, or resell question content.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided “as is”. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that content is complete or error-free. Always verify clinical information against current official sources (e.g. NICE, BNF, RCGP).
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for exam outcomes, clinical decisions, or indirect damages arising from use of the App.
