By downloading or using Motorcycle Theory Test Prep UK ("the app"), you agree to these terms. The app is licensed, not sold, to you for personal, non-commercial use, subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard EULA), which applies in addition to these terms: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
The app is an independent study aid for the UK motorcycle theory test. All questions are original practice material written by our team based on the Highway Code and other information published under the Open Government Licence. They are study aids, not real DVSA exam questions, and passing our practice does not guarantee passing the official test.
The app is for study and general information only. It is not legal advice and is not a substitute for the official Highway Code, the DVSA's official materials, or professional rider training. Road rules, the test format, the pass mark, and fees are set by the relevant authorities and can change. Always verify against the official sources at gov.uk before relying on any information, and always ride within the law.
Full access requires a purchase. We offer a monthly subscription, an annual subscription (with a 3-day free trial for new subscribers), and a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you buy the corresponding subscription. Purchases are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms.
You agree not to copy, redistribute, resell, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the app's question bank or content. The content is protected and provided for your personal study only.
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app, including any outcome of the official theory test or practical riding. You use the app and ride at your own risk.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
