Open Settings → Restore Purchases inside the app. As long as you're signed in with the same Apple Account you bought with, your access will return. Restore is also available on the plans screen.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Go to Settings → Manage Subscription in the app, or open the Settings app on your device → tap your name → Subscriptions.

Open Settings → Reset all progress. This clears your answers, streak, bookmarks, and flashcards on the device. It does not cancel your subscription.
