These Terms govern use of MFDS Dentistry Prep published by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy. By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement where applicable: Standard Apple EULA.
1. License
We grant a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store rules and these Terms.
2. Subscriptions & purchases
Full access requires a paid auto-renewable subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the App in local currency (configured from USD base prices). Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in App Store account settings.
- Monthly Premium — auto-renewing monthly access
- Yearly Premium — auto-renewing yearly access
- Lifetime Access — one-time non-consumable unlock
3. Educational content only
All questions and explanations are original educational study aids. They are not official College exam questions and do not guarantee exam success. The App is not medical or dental advice.
4. Intellectual property
App software, original questions, UI, and branding are owned by the Developer. MFDS and MJDF are trademarks of the respective Royal Colleges; no affiliation is claimed.
5. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for exam outcomes, clinical decisions, or indirect damages arising from use of the App.
