These Terms of Use govern your use of Lifting Operations AP Prep by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy. By downloading or using the App you agree to these terms and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) where applicable: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
1. Study aid only
The App provides original practice questions and study tools related to Appointed Person / lifting operations theory concepts (LOLER, PUWER, BS 7121 principles). It is not official training, certification, or a substitute for accredited courses, employer procedures, or manufacturer data.
2. No affiliation
The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to CPCS, NPORS, CITB, or any awarding body.
3. Purchases & subscriptions
Full access requires an In-App Purchase. Prices are shown in the App Store in your local currency (reference pricing in USD). Auto-renewable subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings. Restore Purchases is available in the App.
4. Acceptable use
Do not reverse engineer, redistribute content, or use the App for unlawful purposes. Questions are original study aids and may not be copied into commercial products.
