This app is licensed, not sold, to you. Your use of it is also governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula). Where that agreement and these terms both apply, both are in force; if they conflict, Apple's standard agreement governs the licensing of the application.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use LGV & PCV Theory Test Prep on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service and Apple's Standard EULA.

2. Subscriptions and purchases

Full access to the app requires a purchase. We offer:

Prices are in US dollars and may vary by region. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings at any time. If you take the free trial, any unused portion is forfeited when you buy a subscription that includes it.

3. Educational use and no affiliation

This app is an independent study aid. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by the DVSA (Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency) or any government body. All questions are original and written from publicly available, openly licensed (Open Government Licence) sources. They are not real examination questions and do not guarantee any test result. Test format, timing, pass marks, and fees are set by the DVSA and can change — always verify current information on gov.uk before booking or sitting a test.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to copy, redistribute, resell, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the app or its content except as permitted by law.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the content is error-free or that using the app will result in passing any test.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version will always be posted on this page.
