By downloading or using Legionella Awareness Prep (the “App”), you agree to these Terms. The App is published by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy.
You may also be bound by the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store terms.
2. Subscriptions & purchases
Full access requires an In-App Purchase: Monthly ($3.99 USD), Yearly ($12.99 USD), or Lifetime ($19.99 USD). Prices may vary by territory as shown in the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings. Restore Purchases is available in the App.
3. Educational use only
The App provides original practice questions for educational exam-prep. It is not affiliated with the HSE or any awarding body. Content is inspired by publicly available ACOP L8 and HSG274 guidance. It does not replace competent advice, a site-specific risk assessment, professional water treatment, or official course materials. It is not medical advice and is not a medical device.
4. No guarantee
We do not guarantee that you will pass any course, assessment, or audit. Use of the App is at your own risk.
5. Intellectual property
All original questions, rationales, and App software are owned by the Developer. You may not copy, scrape, redistribute, or reverse engineer the content for commercial use.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App, including reliance on study content for workplace safety decisions.
