Learn Ladino Judeo-Spanish (“the app”) is published by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy. This policy describes how the iOS app handles information.

No account. No server profile.

The app does not create user accounts and does not upload lessons, notes, or onboarding answers to a developer server. Goals, scene progress, keepsakes, and private notes stay in on-device storage (UserDefaults) on the iPhone or iPad you use.

Purchases

In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through StoreKit. Apple may collect payment, Apple ID, and subscription data under Apple’s privacy policy. The developer does not receive your full payment card number.

Data we do not collect

• No third-party analytics SDKs
• No advertising networks
• No tracking across apps or websites
• No camera, microphone, contacts, photos, or location requests
• No health or medical data

On-device data you can reset

Settings includes a control to erase local notes and onboarding answers. Uninstalling the app also removes local app data. Restoring a purchase uses Apple’s StoreKit restore, not a developer login.

Children

The app is a general-audience language study tool. It is not directed at children under 13 and is not in the Kids category.
