Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms of Use govern your use of JLPT Ace Master (the “App”) published by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy. By downloading or using the App you agree to these terms and, where applicable, the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
1. License
We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and these Terms.
2. Subscriptions & purchases
Access to practice content requires an In-App Purchase:
- Monthly Premium — auto-renewable subscription, 1 month, US$6.99
- Yearly Premium — auto-renewable subscription, 1 year, US$34.99 (may include a 3-day free trial)
- Lifetime Access — one-time non-consumable purchase, US$59.99
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in App Store account settings. Unused free-trial portions are forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Prices are in US dollars ($); local currency pricing may vary by App Store storefront.
3. Content & disclaimer
All questions and flashcards are original study aids inspired by JLPT skill areas (N5–N1). The App is not affiliated with the Japan Foundation or JEES. Practising does not guarantee a pass on any official exam. Always verify official exam rules and schedules with authorised organisations.
4. Acceptable use
You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, scrape, or resell App content. Content is for personal study only.

6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for exam outcomes, indirect damages, or data loss beyond amounts paid for the App in the 12 months before a claim.
