These Terms govern your use of IT Service Management Prep by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy. By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
1. Unofficial study aid
The App provides original practice questions and study tools for IT service management foundation-style exams. It is not an official training product and is not affiliated with PeopleCert, AXELOS, or any certification body. Practicing does not guarantee a pass.
2. Purchases & subscriptions
Full access requires an In-App Purchase: Monthly ($6.99 USD), Yearly ($19.99 USD), or Lifetime ($34.99 USD). Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in App Store account settings. Restore Purchases is available on the paywall and in Settings.
3. License
We grant a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for your own study. You may not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, or resell App content.
4. No warranty
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy, fitness, or uninterrupted operation. Content is for education only.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for exam outcomes, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from use of the App.
