These Terms govern your use of Horticulture Level 2 Prep, published by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy. By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) at apple.com/legal/.../stdeula.
1. Unofficial study aid
The App is an independent practice tool for Level 2 horticulture theory. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) or any awarding body. Content is original study material and does not reproduce copyrighted exam papers or course packs.
2. No guarantee of results
Practice does not guarantee any grade, certificate, or exam outcome. Always follow your course provider’s current specification.
3. Subscriptions and purchases
Access requires a paid subscription or lifetime purchase via Apple In-App Purchase. Prices are shown in the App in your local currency (USD list prices: Monthly $4.99, Yearly $14.99, Lifetime $24.99). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in your Apple Account settings. Manage or cancel at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the App for personal study. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute content, or misuse the App.
5. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
