These Terms govern your use of the GCSE Spanish & French Revision mobile application published by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy. By downloading or using the app you agree to these Terms and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement where applicable: Apple Standard EULA.
License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store rules.
Subscriptions & purchases
- Full access requires an in-app purchase: auto-renewable Monthly or Yearly subscription, or a one-time Lifetime purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel in App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies.
Content & disclaimer
Practice questions are original study aids. The app is not affiliated with AQA, Pearson Edexcel, OCR, or any exam board. Content does not guarantee any exam grade. Always follow your school’s specification.
Acceptable use
Do not reverse engineer, redistribute, or misuse the app. Do not attempt to circumvent the paywall.
Limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or exam outcomes.
