These Terms govern your use of GCSE PE Revision (the “App”), published by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy. By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement where applicable.

1. License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and these Terms.
2. Subscriptions and purchases
Full access requires an auto-renewable subscription (Monthly or Yearly) or a one-time Lifetime purchase, billed by Apple. Prices are shown in the App Store and paywall in your local currency (USD list prices: $3.99/month, $12.99/year, $14.99 lifetime). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account subscription settings. Restore Purchases is available in the App.
3. Educational content — no guarantees
All questions and materials are original study aids for GCSE-style Physical Education theory practice. They are not official past papers, mark schemes, or exam board materials. The App is not affiliated with AQA, Pearson, or OCR. Use of the App does not guarantee any exam grade. Content is for educational revision only and is not medical advice.
4. Acceptable use
You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, scrape, or resell the App’s content. You may not use the App for unlawful purposes.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App, including exam outcomes.
