Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms of Use govern your use of GCSE English Revision (the “App”) published by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms. You may also be bound by the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA).
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store rules.
2. Subscriptions and lifetime purchase
Full access requires an in-app purchase: auto-renewable Monthly or Yearly subscription, or a one-time Lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the App in your local currency (listed USD reference: $3.99/month, $12.99/year, $14.99 lifetime). Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings. Restore purchases is available in the App.
3. Educational content disclaimer
The App is an independent study aid. It is not affiliated with AQA, Pearson Edexcel, OCR, or any exam board. Content is original practice material and does not reproduce official past papers or copyrighted literary extracts. We do not guarantee any exam grade or outcome.
4. Acceptable use
You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or misuse the App or its content. Do not attempt to circumvent the paywall or payment system.
5. Intellectual property
App design, original questions, and branding are owned by the Developer. Public exam-board names are used only for descriptive, non-affiliated reference.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for exam results, data loss on device, or indirect damages.
