Gas Safe ACS Prep (CCN1) (“the App”) is published by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy (“we”, “us”).

Data we collect

We do not collect personal data on our servers. The App does not include third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.

Data stored on your device

Study progress, bookmarks, flashcard boxes, preferences (such as assessment date and daily goal), and purchase entitlements managed by Apple are stored on your device (and optionally in your iCloud if you enable sync). We cannot read this data.

Purchases

Subscriptions and lifetime unlocks are processed by Apple through StoreKit. Apple’s privacy policy applies to payment processing. We do not receive your full payment card details.

Permissions

The App does not request access to Camera, Photos, Contacts, Microphone, or Location.

Children

The App is intended for adults training for ACS gas assessments, not for children.
