These Terms govern your use of FRCEM Final SBA Prep published by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy. By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms and to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement where applicable: Apple Standard EULA.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store Terms and these Terms.
2. Subscriptions & purchases
Full access requires an In-App Purchase: auto-renewable Monthly or Yearly subscription, or a Lifetime one-time purchase. Prices are shown in the App in local currency (USD reference: $9.99/month, $34.99/year, $59.99 lifetime). Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in App Store account settings. Restore Purchases is available in the App.
3. Educational use only — not medical advice
Content is for exam preparation education only. It is not medical advice, does not create a clinician–patient relationship, and must not be used as a substitute for clinical judgment, local protocols, or senior advice. Always follow current guidelines when caring for patients.
4. No affiliation
FRCEM and related exam names are trademarks of the Royal College of Emergency Medicine. This App is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to RCEM.
5. Intellectual property
All original questions, rationales, UI, and branding are owned by the Developer. You may not copy, redistribute, scrape, or resell App content.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee exam success or uninterrupted service.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
