These Terms govern your use of Fire Marshal & Warden Prep by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy. By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement where applicable.

1. License
We grant a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the Usage Rules in the App Store Terms.
2. Subscriptions & purchases
Full access requires an In-App Purchase. Offerings (USD): Monthly $2.99, Yearly $9.99, Lifetime $14.99. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in App Store account settings. Restore Purchases is available in the App.
3. Educational disclaimer
The App is an independent study aid only. It is not affiliated with any fire authority or awarding body. Content does not replace official training, employer procedures, or professional fire safety advice. Practising does not guarantee a pass on any course or assessment.
4. Acceptable use
Do not reverse engineer, redistribute question banks commercially, or misuse the App.
5. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for exam outcomes or workplace incidents.
