These Terms govern your use of ESOL Skills for Life Prep published by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy. By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms.
Where you purchase an auto-renewable subscription, the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies: Apple Standard EULA.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store terms.
2. Subscriptions and purchases
Full access requires a purchase (hard paywall). Options include Monthly (US$3.99), Yearly (US$12.99), and Lifetime (US$19.99 one-time). Prices are in US dollars as listed on the App Store and may be converted to local currency by Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in App Store account settings: Manage Subscriptions.
3. Study content
All practice questions are original study aids. They are not official exam papers. The App is not affiliated with any awarding body. Practising does not guarantee a pass.
