These Terms govern your use of ESOL SELT B1 Prep published by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy. By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms and Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the App Store Terms of Service.
2. Subscriptions and purchases
Full access requires an in-app purchase: auto-renewable Monthly or Yearly subscription, or a one-time Lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the App in your App Store storefront currency (reference pricing is in US dollars). Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in App Store account settings: Manage Subscriptions.
3. Study aid only
The App provides original practice questions and speaking/listening drills for personal study at CEFR B1. It is not an official exam, certificate, or SELT. It does not guarantee a pass. Always follow current GOV.UK guidance for your application route.
4. Intellectual property
All original content, branding, and software in the App are owned by the Developer. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell the question bank or App materials.
5. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for exam outcomes, application decisions, or indirect damages arising from use of the App.
