Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms of Use govern your use of ESAT Prep (the “App”), published by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy. By downloading or using the App you agree to these terms. Licensed Application End User License Agreement terms from Apple also apply; see the Apple Standard EULA.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and these Terms.
2. Purchases & subscriptions
Full access requires an In-App Purchase: auto-renewable Monthly or Yearly subscription, or a one-time Lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the App in your local App Store currency (US dollar reference pricing: $6.99/month, $19.99/year, $34.99 lifetime). Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings.
3. Educational content disclaimer
All questions and explanations are original study aids. The App is not an official ESAT product and is not affiliated with UAT-UK, Imperial College London, or the University of Cambridge. Content does not guarantee any test score or university admission outcome. Always follow official registration and course requirements.
4. Acceptable use
Do not reverse engineer, redistribute, scrape, or resell App content. Do not use the App for unlawful purposes.
5. Intellectual property
App software, branding, and original question content are owned by the Developer. Official exam names are used only for descriptive identification.
6. Limitation of liability
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for exam outcomes, admissions decisions, or indirect damages arising from use of the App.
