These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of 11+ Exam Prep (the “App”) published by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy. By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms.
You may also review Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement at: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ where it applies in addition to these Terms.
1. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the App Store rules.
2. Subscriptions and purchases
Full access requires a paid subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase via Apple In-App Purchase. Prices are shown in the App in your local currency (base pricing in US dollars). Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings. Unused free-trial time (if offered) is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
3. Study content
All questions and explanations are original practice material. They are not official past papers and do not reproduce content from GL Assessment, CEM, schools, or other commercial publishers. Practising does not guarantee a school place or exam result.
4. Disclaimer of affiliation
The App is an independent study aid. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to GL Assessment, CEM, any grammar school, local authority, or exam board.
5. No warranties
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the App.
6. Acceptable use
Do not reverse engineer, redistribute, or misuse the App or its content. Do not attempt to unlock paid features except through Apple In-App Purchase.
