By downloading or using Driving Theory Test Prep UK ("the app"), you agree to these Terms and to the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), linked below.

Standard EULA

This app is licensed to you under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

Purpose and accuracy

The app is an independent study aid to help you prepare for the UK car theory test. All practice questions are original and were written from the publicly available Highway Code; they are not the DVSA's official revision questions, and passing practice tests in this app does not guarantee you will pass the official test. Test format, timing, and the pass mark are set by the DVSA and can change. Always confirm the current requirements at gov.uk/theory-test. This app is not a substitute for the Highway Code, professional driving instruction, or official DVSA materials.

The app is not affiliated with, authorised, endorsed by, or sponsored by the DVSA, DVLA, or any UK government body.

Subscriptions & purchases

Full access requires a purchase. Options are a monthly subscription, an annual subscription (with a 3-day free trial for new subscribers), or a one-time lifetime purchase.
Prices are shown in the app before you buy, in your local currency.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
If you take the free trial, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings after purchase.
The lifetime purchase is a one-time, non-renewing purchase.

Acceptable use

You agree not to copy, redistribute, resell, or reverse-engineer the app or its question bank.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, including any result on your official theory test.
