Driving Theory Test Prep UK ("the app") is built to respect your privacy. This policy explains what the app does and does not collect.
The app does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal data. There is no account or sign-up. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, or location.
Everything you do in the app — your answers, mock results, streak, bookmarks, flashcards, study plan, and reminder time — is stored only on your device. It is never uploaded to us or to any third party. If you delete the app, this data is removed with it.
The app contains no third-party analytics SDKs, no advertising SDKs, and no tracking technologies. It makes no network calls to us. The question bank ships inside the app and works fully offline.
If you turn on the optional daily study reminder, the app schedules a local notification on your device. This is handled entirely by iOS. No notification data leaves your device, and you can turn reminders off at any time in Settings.
Subscriptions and the lifetime purchase are processed by Apple through the App Store using StoreKit. We never see or receive your payment details. Apple's handling of your purchase is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. The app checks your purchase status with Apple to unlock full access; this involves no personal data being sent to us.
The app does not knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children, because it collects no data at all.
The app links to official UK government pages (such as gov.uk). Those websites have their own privacy policies, which we do not control.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
