These Terms of Use apply to Domestic Energy Assessor Prep published by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy. By downloading or using the App you agree to these terms and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement where applicable: Standard Apple EULA.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store rules and these terms.
2. Subscriptions and purchases
Full access requires an in-app purchase (auto-renewable subscription or lifetime unlock). Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in App Store account settings. Prices displayed by Apple; US reference prices: Monthly $6.99, Yearly $19.99, Lifetime $29.99.
3. Study content disclaimer
The App provides original practice questions and study tools related to Domestic Energy Assessor topics and RdSAP methodology. It is not an official exam paper, not an accreditation scheme, and not affiliated with any awarding body. Content does not guarantee a pass. Always follow current conventions, scheme rules, and Building Regulations.
4. Acceptable use
Do not reverse engineer, redistribute content as your own exam bank, or misuse the App. Do not use the App for unlawful purposes.
5. Intellectual property
App software, original questions, UI, and branding are owned by the Developer. Public methodology names (RdSAP, EPC, SAP) refer to publicly documented UK systems.
6. Limitation of liability
The App is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for exam outcomes, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from use of the study materials.
