We collect no data. Period.

Summary

Digger & Construction Color is a children's coloring app made for kids aged 5 and under. It is designed so that no personal data is collected, stored on our servers, transmitted, shared, or sold — ever. The app has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no third-party SDKs.

What the app does with data

• Coloring artwork — your child's colored pages are saved only on your device. They never leave it unless you choose to share or save a picture yourself.
• Settings and progress — stored locally on your device only.
• Purchases — the optional one-time Lifetime Unlock purchase is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see your name, email, or payment details. Apple's privacy policy applies to the payment transaction: apple.com/legal/privacy.
• Photos — if you choose "Save to Photos" after tapping Share, iOS asks for permission to add the finished picture to your photo library. The app can only add the picture you exported; it cannot read your photos.

Children's privacy

The app is designed for the App Store Kids Category and complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and GDPR-K. Because the app collects no data at all, no data about children is ever gathered. All purchase actions and external links are protected by a parental gate. The only purchase is a single one-time unlock — no subscriptions.

No internet required

Every coloring page and feature works fully offline. The only network activity in the app is Apple's own StoreKit system for the one-time purchase, which is operated by Apple.

Third parties

There are none. No analytics providers, no ad networks, no data brokers, no social media SDKs.

Changes to this policy

If the policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new effective date. Since the app collects nothing, we do not expect it to change.
